Delivery Driver Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team at P.F. Chang's. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional takeout and delivery experiences to our guests.

Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for driving company vehicles to deliver food and other items to customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and other items to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including pick-up and drop-off times, and any issues or concerns that may arise during delivery
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:

To be successful as a Delivery Driver at P.F. Chang's, you will need to have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
