About the Position
This full-time position requires a highly skilled RN with experience in medical-surgical nursing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and address the needs of patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing tailored care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to coordinate care transitions, promote continuity, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational standards.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform your practice and improve patient outcomes.
