Clayton, North Carolina, United States Action Behavior Centers Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated ABA Therapy Professional to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

As an ABA Therapy Professional, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential. This includes shaping young minds in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old), collecting data, and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.

Our centers offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can grow professionally and personally. We provide fully paid training, no-cost supervision hours, and a generous time-off policy, including 10 holidays, 10 paid days, and 2 flex days.

We prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients, so you must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. You will also engage with children by squatting down to their eye level, maintain play areas by bending over to pick up toys, and support your team when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology, and a passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
