Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings and other agile ceremonies.
  • Drive the removal of roadblocks and impediments.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and customers.
  • Guide the team in making appropriate commitments.
  • Facilitate backlog maintenance, prioritization, and resolution of defects/bugs.
  • Facilitate approved change controls/management.
  • Manage the formal and informal intake process.
  • Manage incident-related activities, including gathering resources and documenting processes for timely resolution.
  • Identify and lead efforts to improve application resilience.
  • Provide technical input in program solution development and communicate technical issues to stakeholders.
  • Drive program communications, ensuring proper information sharing among teams, stakeholders, management, and executive leadership.
  • Develop relationships at all levels of the organization, acting as a trusted partner and liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
  • Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to drive projects, clear roadblocks, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in agile software development.
  • Agile certification (PMI-ACP, PSM I, CSM) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Strong time management, program management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to lead teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including logic and reasoning.
  • Experience with Public Cloud Services (compute, storage, network, security, administration, application services, databases) preferably AWS, messaging protocols, serverless, containers.
  • Understanding of technical concepts from networking, software development, and IT fields.
  • Exceptional people skills and demeanor.
  • Ability to create diagrams, scope documents, analyze data, prepare effective presentations, and generate reports.
