The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000 - $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Aide works closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) to assist patients with basic care activities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions promptly.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other staff members.
  • Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
    • Companion, Home Health Aide, Nurse Aide, or Certified Nurse Aide certification.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as a CNA preferred.
