Job Overview

The Solutions Engineer (SE) plays a pivotal role in partnering with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services by leveraging their strong technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in pre-sales activities by consulting with customers to understand their business needs, identify challenges, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Architect and design solutions utilizing T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network.
  • Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and answer customer technical inquiries.
  • Support Business Sales by reviewing customer opportunities and sales funnels, keeping them informed of relevant technologies and industry trends.
  • Consult with Sales on the technical aspects of T-Mobile for Business products and services.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts.
  • Technical leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one area of focus (SDWAN/Edge, Security, Mobile Internet/Routers, etc.).
