Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and prioritize care.
  • Plan, implement, and document nursing interventions tailored to individual patient requirements.
  • Develop and coordinate personalized care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
  • Perform therapeutic nursing procedures to enhance patient well-being.

Schedule:
This position requires evening shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend commitment. No on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in NICU nursing is required.
  • Experience in stabilizing newborns during labor and delivery is preferred.

Education and Licensure:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Current RN license in New Jersey or a multistate compact license is mandatory.
  • Certifications: BLS and NRP (AHA only) are required.

Skills:
Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care are essential for this role. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with patients and team members.
