Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Shrewsberry and Associates LLC. As a key member of our construction quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer Owner Directed Testing
  • Manage internal construction auditors
  • Review construction QC documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare QA/QC reports
  • Verify that construction work meets contractual requirements
  • Manage construction inspections
  • Implement quality planning
  • Oversee quality assurance testing and inspections
  • Coordinate with local authorities
  • Ensure adherence to Construction Quality Management Program processes

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance inspection or management preferred
  • 5+ years experience in construction inspection and/or installation of baggage handling systems
  • ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech Grade 1 certification
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector certification preferred
