About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Methodist Health System. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients, including assistance with daily living needs, comfort, and transportation.
  • Support patients with cleaning and preparing treatment spaces, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Document patient data accurately and completely, using Cerner and/or worksheets.
  • Contribute to a safe and sanitary patient care environment by completing daily room cleaning and maintaining patient areas.
  • Recognize and utilize measures to provide safe, efficient, patient care and work environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.
  • Completion of first clinical rotation as Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • Successful completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nurse Assistant course or 6 months Nurse Assistant experience required.
