As a Collateral Analysis Specialist within PNC's Midland division, you will play a crucial role in assessing property performance across various real estate types by analyzing rent rolls, occupancy reports, financial statements, and loan documentation.

You will engage with borrowers to determine whether fluctuations in performance are long-term trends or temporary changes. Conducting property inspections and collaborating with a team of Loan Support Analysts and managers will be essential to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Utilize specialized product knowledge to facilitate or manage risk associated with syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.

Responsibilities may include fulfilling key fiduciary duties related to the Bank's Agent role, validating construction due diligence, and monitoring construction progress and draw requirements.


Review customized commercial, legal, and due diligence documentation to ensure compliance with deal structures and regulatory standards.


Ensure that all necessary materials and documentation are accessible to customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications, and commercial real estate teams, as well as internal and external business partners for transaction execution.

Assess transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements.

Support operational processes to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and adherence to credit approvals, legal documentation, established service levels, and applicable procedures.

Analyze reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance. Participate in risk mitigation initiatives.
