  • Focus on Details - Consistently strive for perfection throughout the hotel by identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to management and staff. Monitor inventory and expenses to align with departmental financial goals.
  • Manage Scheduling - At the request of management, create work schedules that accommodate business needs while considering guest requests and staff availability. Your ability to balance assignments ensures a harmonious work environment while delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Prioritize Safety - Train your team to adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance and security issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated team of housekeeping personnel to guarantee cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.

• Perform regular evaluations of guest accommodations and common areas to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.

• Educate new housekeeping staff on effective cleaning techniques and hotel regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate timely room turnovers for incoming guests.

• Administer the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels through timely ordering.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in the use of housekeeping equipment and tools is essential.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical demands include the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 20 pounds frequently.

• The role requires standing for extended periods and walking significant distances, along with the ability to kneel, bend, stretch, twist, or reach. Candidates must be able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.

• Flexibility in working hours is sometimes necessary. Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills, including fluency in English, are required.
