This position is accountable for significant business outcomes and provides authoritative guidance regarding operational matters. It requires a considerable degree of responsibility over technical strategies and primarily impacts a specific sub-function.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee complex global Fundamental Credit Review (FCR) report entities related to consumer portfolios.

+ Evaluate the quality of assigned portfolios, identifying and assessing emerging risks.

+ Analyze the effectiveness of credit risk processes and standards for assigned entities, promoting best practices and identifying improvement opportunities.

+ Review and evaluate the appropriateness, completeness, and usage trends of credit risk components within the Risk Appetite framework for the assigned portfolios.

+ Provide independent assessments of the accuracy and appropriateness of risk ratings and classifications for the assigned portfolios.

+ Evaluate business/risk staffing models to ensure adequate resources for assigned entities.

+ Ensure that Corrective Action Plans for assigned businesses are suitable, monitored, and validated, addressing concerns from FCR Reviews or Business Monitoring.

+ Ensure that FCR documents, including Credit Assessment Documents and Fundamental Credit Review Reports, meet quality and consistency standards.

+ Assist the FCR Region Head with regional and/or global tasks.

+ Keep senior management informed of any concerns or emerging risks that may impact their Review Entities.

+ Support Quality Assurance activities as a Subject Matter Expert.

+ Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating a strong focus on the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, and applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices.

Qualifications:

+ Over 10 years of experience in Policies, Analytics, or Decision Management.

+ Ability to think critically and make decisions in high-risk scenarios, effectively assessing situations based on available data, experience, intuition, and judgment.

+ Strong writing skills for authoring regulatory milestone closure documents.

+ Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.

+ Good project management capabilities.

+ Proficient in interfacing with various management levels across Global, Regional, and Business functions.

+ Knowledge of consumer risk management, credit cycle processes, and asset product operations.

+ Candidates should possess effective negotiation skills, a proactive approach to communicating risk issues, and the ability to maintain independent viewpoints.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
