Our team of skilled professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and social workers, collaborates with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing their potential for recovery and well-being.

We are currently seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our compassionate care team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support to nursing staff and contribute to a nurturing environment for residents.
  • Deliver personalized care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and other daily needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents by changing bed linens and ensuring adequate supplies.
  • Assist residents with ambulation and transfers, utilizing proper assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Accurately record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other relevant information as assigned.
  • Regularly turn and position residents to prevent pressure sores and promote comfort.
  • Meticulously observe residents for any changes in condition and promptly report them to the Charge Nurse.
Job Requirements:
  • Valid Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
  • Current CPR certification is preferred.
