HCA Physician Recruitment is collaborating with ICC Healthcare to find a dedicated critical care physician to enhance our thriving program in Ocala, Florida.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in critical care medicine
- Experience with an open ICU model requiring intensivist consultations
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, with a night shift from 7 pm to 7 am
- Commitment to 15 shifts per month, including 3-5 block shifts
- Ability to manage a 34-bed Medical/Surgical ICU, with approximately 10 beds dedicated to neuro ICU and an 8-bed CVICU, all under 24-hour physician supervision
