Position Overview

Family Resources Inc. has been a trusted provider of crisis intervention, secure accommodation, and supportive services for at-risk adolescents since 1970. Our mission is to positively impact the lives of youth who are in need of assistance and lack safe alternatives.

The Youth Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in the direct oversight and care of young individuals within our residential program. This position requires sound judgment and the capacity to manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost care. The Coordinator operates within established protocols and reports directly to the Residential Supervisor.

Available Shifts:

  • Part-Time: Friday - Saturday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Part-Time: Friday - Saturday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • On-Call Opportunities

Compensation and Benefits: Starting hourly wage: $20.00. Benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • One to two years of relevant work experience or equivalent volunteer hours.
  • Experience in direct engagement with at-risk youth is essential.
  • Must possess an understanding and respect for the LGBT community.
  • Background must meet the standards set by the Department of Juvenile Justice.
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance are required.
