Surveillance Agent

Mark Twain Casino is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Operator I to join our team. As a Surveillance Operator I, you will be responsible for observing activities in all gaming and non-gaming areas, reporting any violations of gaming, safety, health, and policy procedures, and maintaining a log of events and completing incident reports as necessary.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and record all pertinent activity on the digital recording system.
• Operate closed circuit television, video recording devices, and remote control devices.
• Patrol the facility using pan, tilt, and zoom cameras and maintain a log of events.
• Use a computer, including EnduraOne, Pelco Surveillance Systems, Internet (Web-based) products, and Microsoft Office products.
• Monitor automated bill breaker machines, automatic gaming voucher, and coupon redemption machines, automated jackpot payout machines, and automated teller machines.
• Proactively notify management of any gaming, procedural, and policy violations.
• Remain impartial and keep all actions and behaviors observed confidential.
• Assist in random team member audits.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Level II Gaming License.
