Special Education Teacher Opportunity in University Place

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in University Place, WA. As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with students in Elementary, Middle, or High School, providing tailored instruction and support to help them reach their full potential.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position available for the upcoming school year. As a Special Education Teacher, you will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide instruction to students. You will also collaborate with staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop IEPs for students
  • Provide tailored instruction and support to students in Elementary, Middle, or High School
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
  • Washington state teaching certification in Special Education
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs preferred

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
