North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team in a Nursing Home setting. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care and support to patients in a Nursing Home setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on medication management, diagnostic studies, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with new medications, treatments, and best practices in nursing care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
- Experience in a Nursing Home setting, preferably in a Per Diem or PRN role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
