Job Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our assembly and machining operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating production schedules, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assembly and machining department.
  • Supervise employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Analyze production data to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent general education, journeyman trade certification in a related field considered an asset. Three years' experience in high-pressure die casting in AL and MS, with supervision experience an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
