Position Overview:

Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess customer concerns based on repair order notes
- Engage with customers and team leads to identify mechanical issues through various methods, including inspections and test drives
- Execute necessary repairs as outlined in repair orders with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to meet customer needs and provide expert advice
- Proactively work with team members and manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve challenges
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Stay current with the latest mechanical techniques through ongoing training
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both guests and team members
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, with proper maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Possession of or ability to obtain ASE Certification
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
- Personal set of repair tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment while managing multiple tasks
- Capability to interpret installation instructions, diagrams, and schematics accurately
- Robust technical skills and a strong desire to learn
