Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and assess customer concerns based on repair order notes
  • Engage with customers and team leads to identify mechanical issues through various methods, including inspections and test drives
  • Execute necessary repairs as outlined in repair orders with precision and efficiency
  • Collaborate with service and parts teams to meet customer needs and provide expert advice
  • Proactively work with team members and manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed
  • Stay current with the latest mechanical techniques through ongoing training
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both guests and team members
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, with proper maintenance of tools and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Possession of or ability to obtain ASE Certification
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
  • Personal set of repair tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Capability to interpret installation instructions, diagrams, and schematics accurately
