This dedicated flatbed driver opportunity with Schneider is designed to provide consistent miles and reliable home time. As a dedicated driver, you'll haul containers on flatbed trailers within all 48 states.
Job SummaryIn this role, you will strap and secure PODS containers to flatbeds, making two loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency, you'll drive within all 48 states and enjoy predictable schedules and routes.
Compensation and BenefitsYou can expect a competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience and location. In addition to your base pay, you'll also earn mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers are also part of the package.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and at least three months of Class A driving experience. You should also live within 50 miles of Carlisle, PA. If you're interested in becoming a truck driver but lack experience, Schneider offers company-paid CDL training programs.
