As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
- Working closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Supporting parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
- Collecting data and documenting client records to monitor progress and enable informed treatment decisions
- Communicating regularly with parents, supervisors, and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans
- Providing services to clients in various settings, including home, school, or other locations as agreed and necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with children highly preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with ABA preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A passion for helping others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
