Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
  • Working closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Supporting parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
  • Collecting data and documenting client records to monitor progress and enable informed treatment decisions
  • Communicating regularly with parents, supervisors, and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans
  • Providing services to clients in various settings, including home, school, or other locations as agreed and necessary

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with children highly preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with ABA preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field preferred
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A passion for helping others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
