About the Role:
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will oversee all aspects of healthcare delivery, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes providing medical oversight, direction, and leadership to the medical staff regarding all areas of healthcare for migrant individuals awaiting reunification or repatriation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical supervision, direction, and leadership for all aspects of healthcare deliveryOversight and management of on-site medical servicesEnsure coordination of off-site medical carePerform governance activities as directed by the International SOS Medical DirectorCollaborate with EMS operations on siteDevelop relationships with local healthcare facilities and agencies to ensure access to quality care in the communityRequirements:
A minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare leadership role and clinical experience within the past five years, preferably in a remote site. Demonstrated experience in executive level interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix environment is required.
