About the Role

  • Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of engines, transmissions, and other critical components.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, including work orders, parts lists, and time cards, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with forklifts, heavy machinery, automotive, or related industrial equipment.
  • Technical degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
