Key Responsibilities

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a flexographic printing press to apply designs onto paper rolls.
  • Mounting and securing polymer plate cylinders within the press.
  • Adjusting printing settings to ensure precise color output.
  • Monitoring the press's performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintaining product quality while adhering to safety and quality regulations.

Shift: 7pm-7am

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of experience in operating a web-fed printing press or converting machinery.
  • At least two years of experience as a flexographic press helper or operator.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D., along with mechanical skills, color perception, and ink knowledge.
