About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with medically fragile children and their families, providing high-quality clinical home care that enables them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to medically fragile children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to families on pediatric care and management

Requirements

  • Valid RN/LPN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting
