Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal
($25-$30/hour + bonuses)

Stone Arch Law Office, PLLC is a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis. We are seeking a qualified full-time Paralegal to play an important role on our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of estate planning drafting experience, great organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, and other supporting documents.
  • Draft probate documents and file deeds using Simplifile/e-filing systems.
  • Conduct research on real estate and other legal issues.
  • Manage calendars, assist with incoming calls, and handle client intake.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of estate planning drafting experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail, strong communication, and high-level organizational skills.
  • Proactive and friendly, capable of working and learning independently.
  • Technologically savvy with experience using HotDocs, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
