Donut and Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Baker - Pastry Production Specialist to join our team at Global Partners. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily production of high-quality donuts, muffins, pastries, and bagels for sale in our stores and other locations.

• Production and Quality Control: Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records, report any discrepancies, and assist in ordering and receiving foodservice products.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Physical Demands: Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs; ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion; standing and leaning over worktable for extended periods.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work weekend, holiday, and/or evening shifts; flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules.
