About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while providing solutions and referrals for TD products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently execute behaviors to deliver a legendary customer experience in the store
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and offer financial solutions to meet customer needs
  • Makes quality referrals to appropriate partners
  • Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics
  • Responsible for making sound decisions and timely problem resolution
  • Proactively reaches out to customers to deepen relationships through needs-based conversations
  • Performs a broad range of tasks of varying complexity and scope
  • Participates in opening and closing store procedures
  • Opens accounts and related services
  • Originates loan applications, prepares documents and conducts loan closings
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related experience required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Teller experience (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Notary License (Preferred)
