About the Role at Saunders Staffing Agency

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions to promote patient well-being.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- **Licensure/Certification:** Current NC RN license and BLS certification
- **Experience:** At least one year of hospital nursing experience
**Additional Details:**
- We offer a competitive salary range of $33 - $49.50 per hour, based on years of experience.
- Shifts are available on a 3x12 schedule, including day, night, and evening shifts.
- Differentials are paid for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
- A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
- Relocation assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
