About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologic Mohs Surgeon to join our team at the University of Minnesota. As a key member of our Department of Dermatology, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic multidisciplinary team of academic dermatologists and contribute to the advancement of dermatological care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to research and education. You will have the opportunity to participate in fellow, resident, and medical student education, work in state-of-the-art facilities, and enjoy a balance between clinical duties and protected research time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing Mohs surgery at M Health Fairview Clinic - Oxboro
  • Participating in specialty clinics such as the Transplant Skin Care Clinic and Melanoma & Pigmented Lesion Clinic
  • Contributing to research and education initiatives within the Department of Dermatology
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new clinical programs and services

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

  • M.D. or equivalent degree in Dermatology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • Excellent qualifications in education and clinical care
  • Training and expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology
  • Experience in clinical research and reconstructive surgery
