Key Responsibilities:

  • Revising existing drawings and preparing new drawings of basic components from explicit verbal or written instructions or detailed sketches associated with civil design/engineering.
  • Plotting drawings and adhering to company and client drafting standards and procedures.
  • Producing high-quality drawings for the team while following the quality procurement process.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • An associate degree in computer-aided drafting and design is desirable.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience required.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage different tasks for different projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastered basic commands of AutoCAD/MicroStation.
  • Ability to perform at a high level regarding quality while adapting fast to clients.
  • Knowledge of other programs would be a big plus for the position.
  • OpenRoad and/or OpenSite experience preferred.
