Heritage Hotels & Resorts Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, guests, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a hotel setting, with a strong focus on financial operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 30+ pounds occasionally.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17-$19.
