**Overview of the Position:**
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at VillageMD. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience in designing and implementing solutions that drive business growth.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary efforts in analysis, design, development, and testing to finalize architecture specifications and create technical designs as they relate to application and/or integration requirements in the Salesforce platform. They will be responsible for handling Release Management and Release Pipeline for continuous integration and continuous deployment. Additionally, they will lead and participate in the development of the solution, ensuring overall platform health and best practices across multidisciplinary efforts. The candidate will also build a program to proactively observe the platform, including limits monitoring, and act as a subject matter expert on VillageMD's data platform and Salesforce schema.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will have at least a Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and three years of experience in solution design and development leading efforts in analysis and testing, validating solutions architecture, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, creating technical documentation, defining integration strategies, assisting with managing deployments, and using Salesforce platform, continuous integration/continuous deployment, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, Jitterbit, and Force.com.
