Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all equipment, tools, and personnel adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements.

· Monitor the implementation of safety protocols and evaluate the performance of internal teams and external partners, promoting a culture of safety.

· Provide regular updates on project progress to senior leadership.

· Conduct site visits to oversee project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications:

· 10-15 years of experience in managing complex projects within manufacturing, power, or chemical sectors, with budgets up to $1M.

· Proven track record in client relationship management and business development, including successful bid preparation.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, commitment to process adherence, and strong risk management capabilities.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement plans while fostering collaborative relationships.

· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
