Pharmacy Technician

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations, providing exceptional patient care, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to CVS Health's standards of quality and safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, customers, and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• PTCB National Certification and/or state registration/licensure required, depending on state regulations.
