Job Summary:

The Night Operations Supervisor oversees the daily functions of store team members during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Managers during designated shifts. This role is pivotal in managing store operations, ensuring the store is securely closed as scheduled, safeguarding store assets, and evaluating employee performance throughout the assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store is closed following established protocols.

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of both full-time and part-time team members.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Operate the cash register efficiently.

• Address customer concerns, including processing exchanges and refunds.

• Execute front-end administrative tasks, including cash handling, till preparation, cash deposits, and gift card sales.

• Participate in the interview process, although hiring decisions are not within this role's authority.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• In-depth product knowledge and the capability to train fellow team members.

• Previous supervisory or training experience is advantageous.

• Experience in cash handling is essential.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; day shifts are not an option.

• A valid driver's license is required.

Compensation:

• Pay is based on experience, with raises determined by job performance.
