Position Summary:

The Field Support IT Specialist will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including but not limited to Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Emergency Phone systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in low-voltage systems and information technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve issues with physical security systems at client locations.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as outlined in service agreements.
  • Utilize remote troubleshooting tools to address technical issues.
  • Independently research and solve equipment-related problems.
  • Participate in special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Provide assistance with other technical support needs as required.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess a solid understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage components.
  • Demonstrate successful experience in installing complex electronic security systems.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A background in electrical systems and low-voltage technology is essential.
