Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Reserve Security Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing a visible security presence and conducting regular patrols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
  • Enforce site rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid CT security officer license or ability to obtain one.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
