We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at BNA Business Center. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and organization of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, inspect, and verify shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Record all incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory system
- Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to client specifications
- Prepare shipping labels and necessary documentation for outbound shipments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse processes and equipment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
