Nurse Specialist

RMA Network is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Lake Mary. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our fertility clinic.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with physicians to identify patient care issues and provide information relevant to the patient care plan.
- Coordinate patient care according to RMA protocols and procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and performance benchmarks.
- Document patient care services in our electronic medical record system.
- Establish a supportive environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients, addressing their anxieties and concerns.
- Resolve patient problems and concerns through multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications through e-learning and other available resources.
- Follow up with patients regarding laboratory results and semen analysis.
- Assist physicians with in-office procedures as needed.
- Maintain a collaborative and productive working relationship with colleagues across departments.
- 3-5 years of experience as an RN.
- BSN degree required; active RN license without limitations required.
- Strong clinical skills and a minimum of 6 months of clinical experience are necessary; prior experience in women's healthcare is preferred.
- BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certification are a plus.
- High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and a demonstrated self-directed work ethic are essential.
- Excellent listening, counseling, and communication skills are required to manage sensitive patient situations effectively.
- Resourceful and well-organized, with a commitment to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, and remain composed under stress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; prior EMR experience is preferred.
- Availability for weekend rotation and some holidays is necessary.
- Travel to local satellite offices may be required.
