About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CDL Delivery Driver to join our team at Hajoca Corporation. As a CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle, transporting goods and materials to various locations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and in compliance with Company rules, applicable laws, and regulations.
  • Load and unload merchandise from the truck, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and secure outstanding payments for cash sale deliveries.
  • Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer names and addresses discovered during deliveries.
  • Inspect the truck and required parts and accessories to determine safe operating condition prior to departure.
  • Complete the Driver's Daily Vehicle Inspection Report when driving a delivery vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVWR) of 10,001 lbs. or more.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) for the vehicle(s) being driven, with hazmat endorsement if operating a vehicle that requires placarding for hazardous materials.
  • Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.
  • Be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before beginning work and again at least every two years while employed and performing this job function.
