Job Overview

VPR Patient Outreach Program (VPR POP) is seeking a highly skilled Patient Speaker Development Specialist to join our Training Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients become confident and effective speakers.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with patients to develop their script, provide presentation coaching, and offer ongoing support to ensure they are well-prepared for audience interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual training/coaching plans
  • Provide constructive feedback to patients
  • Travel to speaker programs to evaluate patients and provide field coaching (up to 30% of the time)

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
