  • Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer's unique sleep needs and lead them through a selection of Sleep Number products.
  • Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information to customers.
  • Become a trusted, successful Sleep Expert and consistently exceed sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $19.00 per hour. In addition to guaranteed base pay, this position also offers commission and bonus plans. Eligible team members also receive an extensive benefits package including medical and pharmacy benefits, dental, life and disability insurance, a matched 401(k) Plan, paid time off, and much more.
