M&A Attorney Insurance Policy Development

Diedre Moire Corp. is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to lead our Insurance Policy Development team. As a key member of our corporate counsel team, you will be responsible for advising on mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and insurance underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal closure
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies for insurance underwriting
  • Provide counsel on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the bar in New Jersey
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A, risk management, or insurance underwriting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
