Healthcare Receptionist

Join Essentia Health, a leading healthcare provider, as a Triage Receptionist in our Emergency Services department. This is a part-time opportunity to work 0.65625 FTE.

As a Triage Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and clinical outcomes. Your role will involve patient reception, identification and registration, patient checkout and appointment scheduling, procedure and lab scheduling, and obtaining required signatures and documents from patients.

You will work collaboratively with a care team of support staff and clinical staff to optimize patient flow. We offer flexible schedules with possible remote or hybrid options, making it ideal for those seeking a balance between work and personal life.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an office environment and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
