Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at Adena Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

About the Role:

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and working closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless transitions of care. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients, including those requiring life-sustaining therapies

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely transmission of information

  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

  • Solid critical care background with experience in managing critically ill patients

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
