About the Role

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is a leading provider of pediatric therapy services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multilingual Speech-Language Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services to children aged 0-21 years, in accordance with physician orders, in the home or daytime facility setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and fluency impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient goals, and provide guidance on speech therapy modalities and interventions.
  • Educate staff, caregivers, and patients on speech therapy techniques and strategies through training programs and resources.
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, as applicable.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLP.
  • License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, with a focus on bilingual populations.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Feeding experience a plus.
