We are looking for a Host/Hostess to become a part of our dynamic team at CNG DBL LLC. In this position, you will greet patrons, guide them to their tables, and share information about our daily specials. Your primary objective is to establish a warm connection with guests and ensure they feel at home. The perfect candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, be sociable, and be dedicated to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide updates on wait times
- Assign tables to guests, considering server availability and guest preferences
- Distribute menus and inform guests about any current specials
- Process payments for meals and manage the cash register
- Prior experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is advantageous
- Personable and engaging character
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Capability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing and tray carrying
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
