  • Cleaning all equipment, from grills and ovens to ranges and griddles, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Operating the automatic dishwasher and hand washing items as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Ensuring all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their designated service areas.
  • Restocking bottled beverages in the bar cooler to ensure a smooth service experience.
